Over did it

Biked too many hills Friday on a "unable to get anyone to help me" jaunt. Actually I was impatient.  I drove to a local motorcycle shop and left my car there because I bought a Suzuki 250.  I rode the motorcycle home and then got on my bicycle and biked back to get the car.  It was a good trip but I had to stop several times because of the ole ticker.  Sigh.  Hiked Saturday for the American Heart Association with my wife and a bunch of twenty-somethings- my wife's fellow nurses at the hospital.  It was a hilly walk.  I came home and worked on planting a row of sweet potatoes.... lots of digging and hauling compost.  Sunday involved more yard work, more sweet potatoes, and the picking of several bowls of strawberries.  Afterward we had the kids over for a Strawberry Daiquiri BackYard Barbecue.  Nothing like a frozen Daiquiri with fresh strawberries on a hot Sunday afternoon.

I am so sore.
